Moss Removal

Moss is a simple plant that does not flower. In severe cases, moss build-up can cause lateral water movement resulting in moisture exposure to the roof and possible damage. We recommend checking and treating for moss annually.

• We offer 3 types of moss treatment and removal

• Tier I:

  Roof Blower service and moss killing treatment. (Done annually will keep your roof free of moss and debris)

• Tier II:

  Blower Service and moss killing treatment. Return in 2 weeks to physically but gently remove dead moss. (Cost includes removal of debris from gutters and cleanup)

• Tier III:

  Extreme moss build-up may require a full roof wash to remove well-established lichens and moss followed by a moss killing regimen to deter future growth.
